MycoHub, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Fungisoft and protected by international copyright laws. The App contains built-in strains, recipes, and templates that remain our intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fungisoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, cultivation failures, or economic losses.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
MycoHub offers four subscription tiers:
The Starter (No Ads) tier is a permanent, lifetime purchase linked to the Google Play account used for the original purchase. This purchase does not expire and remains valid as long as you use the same Google Play account.
Pro and Farm tiers are subscription-based. Subscriptions are automatically renewed through Google Play until you cancel. Your subscription will be charged to your payment method at the end of each billing period.
When a subscription expires or is cancelled, you automatically return to the highest permanent tier you own. For example:
Your cultivation data is never deleted. All your batches, strains, and records remain accessible according to your active tier.
Standard refund requests are processed according to Google Play's 48-hour refund policy. After this period, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the developer's discretion.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
